Paul McCartney & Ringo Starr Are Recording New Music!

The beyond iconic artists Ringo Starr and Paul McCartney have both come an extremely long way since their days with The Beatles. The two have released over ten solo albums and haven't worked with one another in over a decade.

Today, the great news was brought upon the Twitter world where Ringo tweeted "Thanks for coming over man and playing Great bass. I love you man peach and love." Ringo and Paul both performed for the first time in years at the 2014 Grammy Awards and haven't recorded with one another Ringo Starr's 2010 album, Y Not, on the tracks "Walk With You" and "Peace Dream".

Although we don't have all the info regarding Starr's new album, you can expect collaborations with other artists including Joe Walsh of The Eagles, Nathan East, and Amy Keys. In the mean time, make sure to stay updated with Holiday of Music regarding all Ringo and Paul news!

Watch Paul McCartney Sing "Wonderful Christmastime" On Jimmy Fallon

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon hosted a very special rendition of Paul McCartney's original track "Wonderful Christmastime". Last night, the night show adopted the Brady Bunch design and had a number of stars sing the holiday themed tune.

You can find Paul McCartney, The Roots, Scarlett Johansson, Reese Witherspoon, Seth MacFarlane, Tori Kelly, and Jimmy Fallon himself all pull off an epic a capella. The Christmas special was in support of the new music based animated film Sing.

Paul McCartney Announces 2016 Tour Dates

Paul McCartney has released dates from his recently announced One on One tour. These are the first dates that Paul will be playing in the new year and is rumored to have tons of surprises. The One on One tour follows up McCartney's last tour, Out There, which came to an end in October of last year.

Paul McCartney Surprises Bruce Springsteen On SNL

Bruce Springsteen made his first appearance as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live last night since 2002. Springsteen and the E Street Band performed "The Ties That Bind" as well as a recent 2015 released track titled "Meet Me In The City".

While closing out the holiday SNL special, hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler joined Bruce Springsteen to sing "Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town". Within thirty seconds, Paul McCartney surprises the crowd and viewers to join the entire cast on stage to perform that all familiar Christmas tune. Watch the unique performance below:
