Watch SZA Perform On Saturday Night Live

American R&B singer-songwriter, SZA, made her Saturday Night Live debut performance last night with two tracks from her first studio album, CTRL, released back in June of this year. Ever since Top Dawg Entertainment put on the soulful artist, her career has been absolutely booming with a variety of international festivals, late night appearances, and coverage all over the radio.

SZA brings a new and refreshing style of R&B to the table where she provides an intimate setting of wind, string, and brass instruments along with a gospel choir backing to put you in the right mood for any occasion. If you haven't dug into her current discography, please do yourself a favor and introduce your peeps to a completely new wave of music.

Watch U2 Perform On Saturday Night Live

Irish rock phenomenons, U2, returned to the Saturday Night Live stage last night in support of their fourteenth studio album, Songs of Experience, released this past Friday December 1st via Interscope Records.

U2 performed "American Soul" which is a new rendition of their track "XXX" featured on Kendrick Lamar's recent album, DAMN.  Although Lamar did not appear on SNL, they had an inspirational intro where Kendrick spoke on Americans and modern society standing up for themselves.

U2 also rocked SNL with my favorite track on the record, "Get Out Of Your Own Way", which explains the notion that we are our biggest critics and it's important to overcome the fear of putting yourself out there and to literally get out of your own way to make your personal goals, dreams, and ambitions come true.
